Face Off For a Cause 2011

On July 17th 2011 we held our first charity fundraiser at the MHG Ice Arena in Saco, Maine.

Face Off For a Cause was a charity event that included a hockey game featuring past and present professional hockey players, silent and live auctions, and an outdoor barbeque.  It began as a small idea, but with the help of family, friends, and charitable volunteers, it became much more.  With celebrity attendees such as Jimmy Howard of the Detroit Red Wings and Rick Middleton (a former Boston Bruin), as well as comedian guest coaches Bob Marley and George Hamm, we filled MHG Arena with spectators and foundation supporters. Because of it’s huge success, Face Off For a Cause will be an annual event.  A special thanks from all of us to everyone that made this event possible, our generous sponsors, volunteers, and attendees.
